This Royal Tuscan service plate celebrates the 25th anniversary of HM Queen Elizabeth II's succession to the throne.
    Born in London in1926, Her Majesty was crowned in Westminster Abbey on June 2, 1953, following the death of her father, King George VI on February 6 in the previous year.

Service plate (diameter: 10.5”) in fine bone china. Jubliant decoration featuring the Royal Arms — predominately coloured in old gold and burgundy red — created by George Holden in Wedgewood design studios. Commemorative inscription incorporated in backstamp.
